Lavena Well operates as a technology platform that connects users with independent, licensed healthcare providers for non-emergency telehealth services. Lavena Well does not provide medical care and does not control provider clinical decisions.

All medical services are provided by third-party licensed providers who exercise independent professional judgment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES

Lavena Well does not provide emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. SMS & COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT (A2P COMPLIANCE)

By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Lavena Well, including:

Appointment reminders
Account notifications
Care-related messages
Service updates
Administrative and support communications

7. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase. All payments are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Medical outcomes are not guaranteed.

We may suspend or terminate access to services or messaging programs at any time for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or safety concerns.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavena Well shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or communications.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
